65-81 Dover Street is set to become the next premium commercial development in the heart of Cremorne.

Situated less than 3km from Melbourne’s CBD, the site is a moment’s stroll from either Richmond or East Richmond train stations.

The Development

The site will offer 8-storeys of commercial space with a retail opportunity on the ground floor in addition to generous street frontage, wraparound terraces and uninterrupted CBD views.

Our Work

Our Transport team joined the project team in April 2021 at the post town planning permit stage.

The team negotiated the narrow nature of the Cremorne precinct street network to facilitate construction traffic management and vehicular accessibility as part of the Management Plan for the build.

Our Construction Traffic Management also addressed the key challenges of Temporary Traffic Management for complex environments, where public access around the works is to be maintained as a priority.

We look forward to watching the stylish commercial development undergo construction in early 2022 and eagerly anticipate the delivery team breaking ground.
