Our planning and transport teams secured dual land use permits for the industrial development in Heathwood, providing maximum operational flexibility.

The 3,226sqm development comprises 16 units across three buildings, each with ground floor storage and working areas, and mezzanine administration spaces.

The project

Located in Heathwood, south-west of Brisbane, this industrial development delivers 16 high-quality units across three buildings with a combined gross floor area of 3,226sqm.

Each tenancy has been designed with primary storage and working areas adjacent to roller doors, with mezzanine levels providing administration space and amenities. The contemporary architectural design, complemented by integrated landscaping, enhances the Hub Crescent streetscape while delivering functional industrial facilities.

Our work

Our planning team prepared the development submission, coordinated lodgment with Council, and provided ongoing support throughout the assessment process to secure approvals for both warehouse and low impact industry land uses. This dual approval provides future tenants with maximum operational flexibility to accommodate a range of industrial business activities.

Our transport team provided comprehensive input to ensure the development met statutory and functional requirements. This included preparing a detailed transport impact assessment to support the planning application and guiding the site design to optimise operational efficiency and safety.
