The 3 to 4-storey retirement living facility comprises 84 apartments, with an onsite café and basement car parking.
The development is proximate to Chadstone Shopping Centre and Caloola Reserve, as well as numerous dining and retail amenities.
Our Work
Our planning team successfully worked with Council and the project team to facilitate the approval through Monash City Council within the Neighbourhood Residential Zone and General Residential Zone.
Our team worked through Council’s concerns relating built form, landscaping, transport and amenity impacts to ultimately facilitate the Council approval for the retirement living facility and café within the 1 to 2 storey residential precinct.
