The Project:
The gym facility provides significant internal alterations and changes to uses in the western part of the centre. The gym will provide 2,100sqm of restricted recreation floorspace and provide a service to the surrounding community and shopping centre patrons.
Our Work
Our planning team worked with the centre owner, IPGeneration, and tenant, Planet Fitness, to facilitate interior and external amendments, including signage, to allow for the gym to operate on the site.
Our transport team prepared a car parking demand assessment to review the capacity of the existing car park at the centre. The assessment included a review of the profile of the centre, including an assessment of peak demand.
