The site is zoned Industrial 3 and is surrounded by residentially zoned dwellings, making these used more sympathetic and supportive of the local community than of industrial use development.
Our Work
Joining the project in January 2020, our planning, traffic and waste management teams navigated the site’s challenging constraints.
Despite a Notice of Refusal being issued by Council, Ratio was able to negotiate with Council and neighbours to ensure the matter was resolved at a compulsory conference, avoiding the need for a full VCAT hearing.
99 Brewer Road has recently obtained a planning permit and we look forward to construction commencing.
