An Overview
In a purpose-built neighbourhood designed by McCabe Architects and created to support empowered living, the Vital residential village comprises over 120 homes, fitness amenities, large communal gardens, social and activity clubs. The site also includes a pool, cinema, gym and bowls facility and is also located alongside Bendigo Golf Club and Horse Track.
Our Services
Ratio was engaged by Vital Communities in 2020 for town planning services. The Ratio planning team assisted with a smooth and positive consultation with Council, providing strategic justification for the development, demonstrating that policy was met and explaining the nuances of the project and design rationale to gain approval.
We’re looking forward to seeing the lifestyle community become a reality in Bendigo soon.
