Armadale Manor was designed by the prominent Rob Mills Architecture & Interiors to enhance a sense of place in the heart of the suburb.

The luxury apartments are designed in sympathy with the verdant streetscapes while onsite landscaping was provided by Jack Merlo.

The Project

The collection of five boutique apartments situated in the heart of Armadale boasts a level of community and retail amenity that stands as a showcase to the Armadale experience.

The residences are situated within walking distance of a variety of High Street dining venues, schools, retail opportunities, and Toorak Park.

Our Work

Our planning and transport teams assisted to deliver the project.

We assisted with site acquisition advice and management of the planning application through Council. The permit achieved through Council included extensive engagement with Council officers and the local community. The quality of the architecture and design response was a key factor in facilitating Council support.

Our transport team prepared a Traffic Impact Assessment of the proposed ‘high-end’ residential apartment development, and this included the preparation of a Car Parking Demand Assessment to justify the reduction of visitor car parking based on parking surveys and analysis and a review of sustainable transport options in the precinct.

Ratio also conducted a detailed queuing assessment and probability analysis to determine the potential for any vehicle conflict on the proposed single lane ramp.
