With building and interior design by Hayball and landscape architecture and pool design by Mala Studio, the 15 ha Fingal property features a collection of 32 geothermal pools of varying sizes both in and outdoors.
The luxurious spa also features a range of health and wellbeing treatments amongst the scenic natural backdrop of the Mornington Peninsula.
Our Work
In the course of their work, the planning team balanced the environmental considerations of the surrounding region with sensitively designed eco-friendly geothermal offerings appropriate to the site’s location in a Green Wedge Zone.
The atmospheric Alba Thermal Hot springs opened in 2022 and has become a popular bathing and spa destination feature on the Mornington Peninsula.
