The development’s 4,444.9sqm net leasable area will service occupants looking to capitalise on the site’s proximity to both the CBD and Swan Street Activity Centre.

The development will be centrally located close to public transport and will provide a high level of amenity to future commercial tenants.

The Project

The nine-storey high-quality mixed-use development comprises one basement level, two retail tenancies on the ground floor (116sqm and 170sqm), and office tenancies on levels one to eight.

The 160sqm communal roof terrace will have a common gym and function room design to provide high levels of amenity to future occupants of the building.

The project sits proximate to Yarra Park, the Botanic Gardens, Melbourne Sports Precinct, and the Richmond and East Richmond train stations.

Our Work

Our planning team provided initial project advice, preparing and managing the application through Council, including formally responding to various objections and internal Council department comments.

 

A permit was granted through Council, which was followed by our team’s management and instruction through VCAT off the back of a number of objector appeals.
