Our Work
Our planning team facilitated Council support via a Council meeting and, in conjunction with Rigby Cook Lawyers, was able to facilitate a mediated permit following an objector appeal being filed with VCAT against Council’s decision.
Our transport and waste management team also provided technical input through the original application.
Construction is slated for commencement in 2025.
