Jo trained as a teacher before taking a different path into diverse and challenging administration roles. She worked in advertising for several years before moving into architecture & design, joining Ratio as an Office Manager in 2019.
Jo is passionate about architecture and design, placemaking in particular. She believes Ratio has become an integral player in transforming public spaces to enhance community well-being, strengthening the connection between people and where they live.
