Beth graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2018 with a Bachelor of Environments, majoring in Urban Planning and Design. She brings more than seven years’ experience across the public and private sectors, including three years in local government.
Beth has experience managing complex statutory planning applications across a range of land use and development settings. She has particular expertise in residential development, including the recently introduced Deemed to Comply provisions of Clauses 54, 55 and 57.
She also has a strong interest in heritage planning and enjoys helping clients navigate the planning process. Beth works closely with clients to understand planning requirements and achieve successful outcomes across Victoria.
