Manisha has over 14 years’ of consulting experience in the field of traffic engineering and transport planning, and has worked for a broad cross-section of clients across the Australasian private and public sector.

She has particular expertise in land use planning and transport modelling and has led strategic modelling and planning projects for new communities in Melbourne’s growth areas and development intensification in built-up areas.

In her roles managing teams, Manesha has been responsible for client liaison, stakeholder presentations, negotiations with approval authorities, review and quality assurance of outputs, as well as guiding and mentoring junior team members.
