James has extensive experience preparing Traffic Impact Assessment reports, Traffic Expert Evidence statements and Planning Panel reports for a range of developments across the residential and commercial sectors.

He has a comprehensive understanding of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) system, primarily via the preparation of Traffic Expert Evidence statements for some of Victoria’s leading industry experts.

James began his career as a Traffic Expert, first appearing before the tribunal in August 2018. He seeks to continually develop his experience and aspires to establish himself as a leading Traffic Expert at VCAT.
